2017 Case IH Farmall 55C Series II

The compact Farmall 55C features 55 HP, up to 46.7 PTO HP and the options of a ROPS or cab operator environment.

Features may include:

A turbocharged, 3-cylinder, 1.9-L engine delivers increased power across the Compact Farmall C series tractor lineup. Models range from 35 to 55 hp (28-47 PTO hp) — a 5-hp increase over previous models. These engines also provide greater displacement and up to 20 percent greater torque output.

The latest fuel-injection technology offers several advantages, including improved power performance, increased efficiency and cleaner emissions.

Engines use an internal Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system to meet Tier 4 B/Final requirements. A 50-hour Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) regeneration interval helps keep your workday humming.

Comfort

A large operator’s platform provides easy access and exit and gives you plenty of room to maneuver. A thick rubber floor mat dampens noise and vibration. That helps reduce operator fatigue, helping you stay more productive all day.

A comfortable seat can help those long days seem just a bit shorter. Armrests and an adjustable backrest let you personalize your seat. An incline-plane mount lets taller operators position the seat for maximum comfort.

Position the steering wheel precisely for your comfort zone. Or simply tilt it up and out of the way for easier entry and exit.

Convenience

For tasks that require a steady engine rpm regardless of load or ground speed, such as powering a spray pump or other PTO-driven implements, a flip of the CES button holds engine rpm at the speed you select. This prevents engine racing or dragging and provides consistency, whether you’re controlling weeds along the driveway or mowing rugged terrain.

A loader turns your tractor into a versatile, powerful workhorse. Our loader joystick comes standard from the factory and is integrated into the right-hand console for easier operation and greater productivity.
